With over 20 years of HR experience, Hollie has managed employee and industrial relations in large, complex, highly unionised environments, and has come out the other side relatively unscathed!
From her grass roots, advising on people and performance issues, to successfully developing and executing industrial relations strategies (and all things in between), everything Hollie has learnt is a result of on-the-ground experience, navigating the challenges and opportunities posed by large, industrialised workforces.
Hollie is passionate about providing development opportunities for the HR community and understands the operational reality of ER/IR challenges, because she has been there.
